Shipping & Returns Policy

Living Jar is a couple owned, small independent business whose products are hand poured lovingly with care in our humble London home. We aim to provide you with the highest quality natural home fragrances and to get your orders sent out to you, as quickly as possible.

We pride ourselves on our customer service as well as our quality of products. In the unlikely event that a problem should occur, we will do our very best to resolve it as quickly and effectively as possible.

We appreciate all our customers and want to provide you with a comfortable experience shopping with us.


Our candles and wax melts are individually hand poured and packaged by us, we ask that you allow 2-3 working days for your items to be shipped.

We send our parcels by Royal Mail, delivery times will depend on their available slots. However, you should expect to receive your purchase 3-4 days after we have despatched your order.


In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a product you've received, we will be happy to refund the cost of that item, following the item being returned to us in perfect condition.

Please kindly note, we can not cover the cost of any return shipping charges, unless the item you received was damaged or faulty. 

Lost/Damaged Items:

Any items shipped to you are wrapped carefully and well protected. However, occasionally items can become damaged or get lost during shipping which is unfortunately out of our hands.  

In the event that an item arrives to you damaged, we will send a new replacement out to you as soon as physically possible. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be provided.
